ABOUT US
The publisher Miguel Sánchez García, one of the pioneers in the Andalusian publishing sector, began his publishing career in 1950, as a founding partner of Editorial Padre Suárez. He continued his work under the new trade name of Ediciones Miguel Sánchez from 1970. Today the publishing house is managed by his children.
Since the beginning, the majority of our publications have concerned tourism and subjects connected with Granada. We now also deal with more general areas of interest.
Our list of titles includes one of our most emblematic, the “Tales of the Alhambra” by Washington Irving, in eight different languages, as well as the following collections:
Corner of Granadine Writers and Subjects
Tourist Guides
Books for Remembering
Monuments and Cities Told to Children
Essays and Historical Novels
Large Format Books
19th Century Romantic Prints
The catalogue also includes a series of titles co-published with Institutions or which we distribute.
Ediciones Miguel Sánchez welcomes you to this virtual showcase displaying the results of painstaking publishing work whose aim is to find a permanent place in your library to remember.
